Analysis and optimisation of WordPress websites at WebStyle

About WebStyle

About WebStyle and our approach

WebStyle helps businesses with WordPress websites, plugins and digital solutions that work in real day-to-day operations—not just look good on screen.

WebStyle was founded on a simple idea: digital development should be easy to understand, and collaboration should have clear processes and expectations.

We often meet businesses where the website or digital systems have become difficult to work with. This may be due to, for example:

  • solutions that are unnecessarily complex
  • features that do not fit the company’s workflows
  • slow or unstable websites
  • a lack of alignment between design, technology and content
  • unclear agreements on operations, support and further development

That is why we start by understanding the business, the customers and the problem to be solved. Only then do we assess whether the right solution is a new website, an optimisation, an existing plugin, or more targeted development.

From websites to plugins and digital systems

WebStyle started with developing and optimising WordPress websites. Over time, needs emerged that standard solutions could not properly cover.

That is why today we also develop our own WordPress and WooCommerce plugins for, among other things, checkout, product feeds, hotel booking and other digital workflows.

Our scope has broadened, but the core idea remains the same: the solution must be stable, easy to understand and built to grow with the business.

Planning for WordPress, SEO and digital solutions

Quality beyond what you see

A large part of the work behind a professional digital solution is not directly visible to the visitor.

We focus, among other things, on:

  • a stable, well-structured solution
  • speed and performance
  • mobile-friendly display
  • secure, sensible use of plugins
  • SEO-friendly technical foundations
  • the option to expand later

The goal is not only that the solution works today. It must also have a solid foundation when the business develops new needs.

Collaboration and personal contact

Great customer service is not an optional add-on at WebStyle. It is part of the solution.

When you work with us, you get:

  • personal, direct contact
  • honest, easy-to-understand advice
  • clear scope and expectations
  • realistic expectations for cost and outcome
  • notice before any major additional work is started

The best solutions are created through dialogue. That is why good collaboration is just as important as the technical result.

Transparency and fair solutions

We recommend the solution that fits the company’s actual needs—not automatically the biggest or most expensive.

At WebStyle, that means:

  • clear pricing and defined deliverables
  • no unnecessary features
  • realistic recommendations
  • the option to start small and expand later
  • a focus on what creates real value

Some businesses need a complete solution.
Others only need a plugin, prepaid support hours, or help with a specific task.

We develop in-house when the standard solution is not enough

WordPress and WooCommerce provide a strong foundation, but businesses do not always have the same needs.

When an existing plugin does not fit the workflow, or when it adds too many unnecessary features, WebStyle can develop a more targeted solution.

This has led, among other things, to our own plugin families for hotel booking, WooCommerce checkout and product feeds. We also work with digital systems that support administration, customer journeys and the company’s day-to-day operations.

Some solutions are sold as ready-made plugins in free and paid versions. Others are developed or customised as part of a specific client project.

What they all have in common is that they come from real needs and are built to solve a specific task in a clear, manageable way.

More than just a website

A website is often only one part of the company’s overall digital solution.

That is why WebStyle also helps with:

  • WordPress and WooCommerce plugins
  • SEO and organic visibility
  • speed optimisation
  • technical troubleshooting
  • service agreements and ongoing operations
  • prepaid support hours for specific tasks
  • booking, checkout and product feed solutions
  • ongoing development of existing systems

The goal is to create alignment between what customers see and what the business needs to manage behind the scenes.

Who do we typically work with?

WebStyle primarily works with:

  • small and medium-sized businesses
  • self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs
  • online stores and service businesses
  • hotels and accommodation providers
  • businesses with existing WordPress solutions
  • private and business clients who need features that standard solutions do not cover

What our clients have in common is the desire for a solution that is easy to understand, works in practice and can grow with the business.
