Hotel Booking Premium is developed for hotels, hostels and other accommodation providers that want to receive direct bookings on their own WordPress website.
The guest can choose the stay period, see available options, select a room and add-ons, and complete the booking in one unified flow.
At the same time, the hotel gets the most important booking details gathered in WordPress. This reduces the need for loose forms, manual overviews and information that must be collected from several different places.
More control over the hotel’s direct bookings
When the booking takes place on the hotel’s own website, the guest stays within the hotel’s own universe from the first search to the completed booking.
The hotel decides how rooms, prices, terms, add-ons and payment options are presented.

Hotel Booking Premium requires
Hotel Booking Premium is built for WordPress and works with WooCommerce and the free base version of Hotel Booking.
The website must have:
- A working WordPress installation
- WooCommerce installed and activated
- Hotel Booking Free installed and activated
- A compatible WordPress theme
- An SSL certificate when processing booking and payment details
- A compatible WooCommerce payment solution for online payments
Hotel Booking Premium is an extension plugin and therefore does not work on its own without the free Hotel Booking version.
The installation itself
After purchase, the customer receives access to Hotel Booking Premium. The plugin is installed together with the free base version on the WordPress website where the system will be used.
Installing the plugin is not the same as a complete setup of the hotel’s booking solution. Rooms, prices, terms, payment methods, and add-ons still need to be created and customized.

What the licence includes

The licence renews annually so the plugin can continue to receive new versions and compatibility updates.
When the licence is not renewed
If the licence is not renewed, already created content and existing bookings are not removed automatically.
However, access to new Premium updates and licence-based support ends.
An expired licence can therefore, over time, cause issues with compatibility, security, or new versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.
Upcoming hotel modules are not included
Hotel Booking Premium is built as the foundation for a larger hotel platform.
Upcoming modules and integrations are not automatically part of the Premium licence unless explicitly stated in the product.
This may include, for example:
- Integration with external booking channels
- Dynamic price optimisation
- Self check-in
- Automatic sending of door codes
- Integration with lock systems
- Interactive guest and TV screens
